Perfect location for surfing

With its big waves, the costal strip of de Landes is known worldwide as one of the top surfing locations.

During a strong swell, the waves can be several metres high. This perfect playground is ideal for experienced surfers. Not an expert surfer? Former professional surfer, Laurent Dulon, will fill you in on the basics. You can also follow a course of several few days.

Body boarding
You can practise the less difficult sport of 'body boarding' anywhere on the beaches. The equipment is available on site. As far as safety is concerned, you don't need to worry. All the instructors are licensed by the state and are experienced life savers.
