Overview

Belle Dune is one of Pierre & Vacances most popular self catering holiday villages in France. Built in the 20th Century style of the Picardy region, the holiday village nestles in a preserved natural area of sand dunes, is surrounded by a large lake and flanked by one of France's finest golf courses. On-site activities are numerous, the beach is accessible by train plus a mini-market and an English pub.

  • The "Quartier de la Place": on the four-cornered square on the edge of the great lake stands a two-storey building with large windows, where holiday apartments are located.
  • The "Quartier des Eaux Vives" lies behind the "Quartier de la Place" and is connected to the latter via a pedestrian area.
  • The "Quartier du Grand Lac" stretches the length of the square and is connected to the latter by a pedestrian walkway.
  • The "Quartier du Hameau": townhouses overlooking the clubhouse of the golf course.
  • The "Quartier de l'Ile aux Oiseaux": peaceful surroundings, on the edge of the golf course and a small lake.

The Belle Dune Golf course is ranked amongst France's finest top ten courses and was awarded with the prize of No1 in the Picardie region.
Designes by Jean-Marie Rossi, the 18-hole, 5883m (6464 yards) course blends in perfectly with the finest duneland and bird sanctories in Europe.
