At the harbour of Mandelieu you can join Captain Thierry on his fishing boat the 'Annett' for a day trip during which you can swim with dolphins. This is a unique experience. For this adventure, you need a snorkel and have to be reasonably fit. This is because swimming in the open sea can be very tiring.
Crazy about the Mediterranean Sea
You will find that dolphins are friendly and intelligent creatures. They are crazy about the Mediterranean Sea. It is estimated that at least 2,000 are living there and many of these are found in the waters off the French Riviera.
