At Pierre & Vacances, most of the parks have three- and four-star accommodation.
The difference between both categories is that in the four-star accommodation, the electrical appliances
have been updated (e.g. a four-star accommodation type has a flat-screen TV, and a microwave oven in the kitchen)
and, where necessary, new paintwork has been done and new furniture fitted.


The following table gives an overview of the various parks, the accommodation available and the number
of stars that each accommodation type has been assigned.
Normandy Garden, Le Rouret en Ardèche, Pont Royal en Provence, Cannes Mandelieu and Les Restanques
parks are full four-star parks, as they have been built very recently.
