Gift vouchers

How do I pay for the gift voucher?

The gift voucher can only be paid for by credit card.

Follow the steps below to order a gift voucher:
• Go to https://www.sunparks.com/in-en/gifts_ms
• Click on the "Order your gift card online" button
• Select a gift voucher with a standard amount of 100€ or 150€, or choose your own amount
• Fill in your personal details (and optionally the recipient's details)
• Choose your payment method and complete the transaction!

Can I cancel my gift voucher?

This is possible within 7 days after purchase of the gift voucher, as long as the voucher has not been used. To do this, you must contact our Customer Contact Center via 0845 351 0109. After this period, the voucher can no longer be exchanged for money.

I didn't spend the entire amount of my voucher.

If you've only spend your gift voucher partly, the balance can be used for another booking. A gift voucher is valid for 3 years. The balance cannot be exchanged for cash or for other types of vouchers.

Can someone else use my gift voucher?

Yes, your gift voucher is not personal, so caution is advized.

Can I also use my Sunparks gift voucher for accommodation at Center Parcs?

Yes, it's possible.  The booking procedure is exactly the same.

Can I use gift vouchers in combination with other Sunparks offers?

Yes, it's possible.  Your voucher is valid with every possible Sunparks offer.

Can I use multiple gift vouchers for a single booking?

Yes, it is possible, with a maximum of 16 gift vouchers per booking.

I have received a paper gift voucher. Can I use it to make an online booking?

No, please contact our Customer Contact Center on 0845 351 0109 (4p/min) to make your booking with this type of voucher.

Are there other costs involved when buying gift vouchers?

No. You only pay the value of the gift voucher, there are no additional charges.

I’ve received a voucher, but it is not accepted when I try to use it.

The voucher consists of a code including letters and numbers. It can happen that the code has been copied incorrectly. The letter i is sometimes confused with the number 1, and the zero with the letter o. So take extra care: capital I (I) and the number one (1)  capital o (O) and the number zero (0).  Of course you can always contact our Customer Contact Center on 0845 351 0109 (4p/min) to assist you with your booking.

Can I have my voucher sent by post?

No, you (or the recipient of your voucher) will receive a code by e-mail. This e-mail can be printed if desired.
