What's included in the price of my Holiday House?
Our rates are advertised in euros, including VAT, and are valid per Holiday House.
Rental prices include for each Holiday House:
• VAT, in accordance with the VAT regulations of the country of your destination;
• cleaning of your Holiday Home;
• the use of a television;
• Aquafun tickets, valid for the duration of your stay;
• service charges for water and elektricity.
• Parking
Not included are, for instance:
• tourist taxes and charges (charged per person and per night).
Cleaning services do not include:
• doing the dishes
• emptying the refrigerator and dishwashing machine;
• emptying and cleaning the fireplace and barbecue;
• collecting the linen
• collecting household waste
A stay as advertised is no longer available.

What are the conditions of the Early Bird discount?
Book your stay at least 4 months before arrival and enjoy a 20% early booking discount.
Subject to availability. The discount is always calculated on the basic price of the holiday house. This early booking discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other Sunparks offer, vouchers or discounts.
Can I book a stay longer than a week?
In our Last Minute offer, some stays longer than a week are included. It is not yet possible to book a longer stay via the Search & Book button. However, longer stays can be booked via our Customer Contact Center on 0845 351 0109 (4p/min).
How can I book more than 1 Holiday House?
You can book 2 accommodations at the same time: a good way to get away with your whole group without sacrificing privacy or individual wishes. These 2 accommodations must be booked on the same park and on the same dates, but you can opt for 2 different types and/or capacities of accommodation.
With the "side-by-side" option, you have the power to decide where to place your holiday houses within the domain, according to remaining availability. This option is only available if you choose the same accommodation twice (identical capacity and type). To take advantage of this option, select it in the basket.
To book these 2 accommodations in the same reservation, simply use the search bar:
1. Select 2 accommodations.
2. Enter the correct number of people per accommodation and confirm.
3. Next, select your first accommodation, then the second.
4. Then simply follow the steps in the shopping basket, choose the “side-by-side” option if you wish, and finally confirm your double booking.

Can I choose the location of my Holiday House?
Yes. For a small supplement you can choose the location of your House (according to availability). From 33€ (1 Holiday House) you can indicate your preference. When booking without indicating a preference, the House number is only allocated on the day of your arrival.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, you can. If, after the booking has been made, you wish to make changes regarding the park, arrival date and/or accommodation type, you can do this once free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
For following changes, changes that relate to other elements of the booking or changes that are requested less than 21 days before arrival, an administrative cost of 49,50 € is charged. Each booking can be changed a maximum of three times. The changes you choose are always subject to availability. If the changed booking is more expensive, the difference with the old rental price will be charged. If the changed booking is cheaper, the full rental price remains due. Changes can be requested up to a maximum of three days before your arrival.
To change your booking, please contact our Customer Contact Center at 0845 351 0109 (4p/min). In case you wish to reduce the number of Holiday Houses in your booking, cancellation regulations apply.
Can I cancel my stay?
You can cancel your Sunparks booking free of charge within 7 working days after receipt of your confirmation. In every other case:
• When cancelling more than 6 weeks prior to arrival, 50% of the villa rent is charged.
• When cancelling within 6 weeks prior to arrival, or in case of an early departure, the entire amount of the villa rent is charged.

What do I receive after booking?
Shortly after making your booking, you'll receive a confirmation per email. Payment can be made via online banking to our account number, which is stated on the confirmation.
Take note: You will not receive a confirmation of your payment.
How can I check-in online via My Sunparks?
Save time on arrival with online check-in!
Log in to your My Sunparks customer space and check in online. It is available 10 days before the start of your stay at Sunparks. You'll save time upon arrival as we'll only have to give you your keys.
Fill out the form for you and all participants to generate your e-ticket check-in (QR code), which you can present to our teams upon arrival directly from your phone. Online check-in is mandatory to facilitate your arrival, but if you have not been able to do so, our teams will welcome you and will be able to do it online as well.
Can online check-in be changed in My Sunparks?
You can change your information as many times as necessary. A new e-ticket will be generated, accessible from the "E-tickets" page.
How do I book services on My Sunparks?
Booking services:
• Before your stay directly on your customer account in the "Services" section.
• Services can only be booked online up to 2 days before your arrival. After this time, you can contact our customer service department, or request your services upon arrival at the park.
Other details:
• Please note that bicycles are available for reservation, but you can also bring yours directly if you wish.
Which documents do I require to check-in?
Your e-ticket allows you to check-in more quickly! Log in to My Sunparks and check in online. Complete the form to generate your e-ticket (QR code), which you can present upon arrival directly from your phone. Your e-ticket is available as soon as you have fully paid for your holiday and have entered the data of fellow travelers. It's possible to do this 10 days before your stay at Sunparks.
Online check-in is mandatory in order to facilitate your arrival. If you have not been able to do so, our teams will welcome and help you.
How do I reserve a bicycle or mountainbike?
You can reserve a bicycle or mountainbike to ride around the park. You can do this directly when you book your holiday house on the website (in the "Services & placement" section of your booking).
You can also book them via My Sunparks. Prices vary depending on the means of transport you choose and the rental period.
If you want to book on site, you can do so directly in the park at the Bike&Fun. You can also bring your own bike if you want.
